Hey! I’m Emma 🙂
I’m currently in my third year of a Chemistry degree in the U.K. I have always been known as a bit of a worrier and have let the stress and pressures of exams and general life get to me…..but no more 😉 Having turned 20 years of age I’m finally going to conquer my stresses head on and not let them rule my thoughts! I want to enjoy all my blessings in life to the full rather than being plagued with anxious thoughts and a consequently upset body.
Having always enjoyed writing a diary I have decided to push myself a bit by starting up a blog which I have always dreamed of doing but never had the guts to do. I want to write posts about the ways I am managing my stress and share some tips that I have gathered through my teen years which will hopefully benefit some fellow anxious souls out there so that we can live our lives happy rather than stressy 🙂 I’ll also be writing about mental health in general and exploring this important topic.
